Use: These sprouts contain significant amounts of sulfur products.
Nutrients: They’re great when added to spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli directly on the plate of the diner. Alternatively, they can be used as tasteless bulls salads, meat or fish but may not exceed the amount due to their pronounced tangy taste.
